摘要
研究了大鼠 W_(256)肿瘤组织中前列腺素(PGE_2)的含量与正常组织的关系,并观察药物对 PGE_2含量的影响.实验结果表明。肺和胃肠中 PGE_2含量较高,肝和肿瘤组织中含量较低.足叶乙甙(VP_(16-213))腹腔注射20 mg/kg,能明显提高 W_(256)大鼠肝组织中 PGE_2的含量;三尖杉酯碱腹腔注射1 mg/kg 能明显降低瘤组织中 PGE_2的含量;血卟啉衍生物 HPD 和去甲斑蟊素对 PGE_2含量无明显影响.
Determination of concentrations of prostoglandin E_2(PGE_2) in the various organs of rats bearing tumor (walker 256) are investigated by radioimunoassay.In these results,it is suggested that PGE_2 levels in the lung,stomach and bowel are significantly high (44.38±4.16,41.13±6.44 and 49.72±3.48 ng/g(w.w),respectively) compared with the levels in the liver and tumor (10.52±3.67 and 20.49±1.73ng/g(w.w),respeotively).PGE_2 contents of the liver are markedly increased on 1 hour after ip of etoposidum (zuyeyidal,VP_(16-213)) at a dose of 20 mg/kg (46.03±3.78 ng/g(w.w), P<0.05),on the other organs no significant change.PGE_2 contents of tumor are markedly reduced on 1 hour after ip of harringtonine at a dose of 1mg/kg (12.60±1.23 ng/g(w,w),P<0.05).After HPD (hemaloporphyrin derivative) and norcantharidin administration (ip 20mg/kg or 40 mg/kg and ip 0.5 mg/kg,respectively),PGE_2 concentrations of various organs show no significant change.
