摘要
目的和方法:选用经腹股沟皮下接种W256瘤细胞株形成实验性荷瘤大鼠,观察光动力学疗法对移植瘤大鼠肿瘤生长的影响及组织中生长抑素含量的改变。结果:(1)大鼠输入经紫外光照射、充氧并加注血卟啉的血液,其肿瘤生长速度明显减缓,肿瘤重量明显减轻(P<001)。(2)移植瘤大鼠其下丘脑、垂体、瘤组织及血浆中生长抑素含量显著增加(P<005,P<001)。但经光动力学疗法治疗肿瘤后,其下丘脑、垂体、瘤组织及血浆中生长抑素的含量明显减少(P<001)。结论:光动力学疗法对肿瘤生长有抑制作用;
AIM and METHODS:25 rats were implanted with W256 tumor cells by subcutaneous vaccination at groin.Then,the effects of photodynamic therapy (PDT) on the growth of tumor and somatostant(SS) level were studied.RESULTS:(1)The growth of tumor was significantly slower after the rats were transfused the blood with ultraviolet radiation,oxygen and hematoporphyrin derivative(HPD) (P<0.01)(2) The contents of SS in hypothalamus,hypophysis,tumor and plasma were signifiicantly increased after the rats were implanted with tumor cells(P<0.05,P<0.01)But the contents of SS were signifcantly decreased after PDT(P<0.01)CONCLUSION:PDT may inhibit the growth of tumor,and the contents of SS changed in the process.
