摘要
针对传统机械结构的光谱分析仪在野外工作时受环境影响大,检测稳定性低的问题,根据数据采集及光谱分析的特点,该系统通过横向剪切的工作模式采用相应的光谱分析软件及其震动误差消除算法,并通过VC编写了可用于气体浓度检测的光谱分析软件.对标准浓度的甲烷气体进行实验,并与WQF530型光谱仪的测试数据对比.实验结果表明,在静态工作环境下,该光谱分析软件由光谱数据反演得到的气体浓度与WQF530型光谱仪的测量误差都在0.50%左右,而在有震动干扰下,该系统的测量精度明显高于WQF530型光谱仪,该系统的光谱分析算法及软件可稳定工作.
For the problem of low detection stability,which the spectrum analyzer with traditional mechanical structure in the field of work affected by the environment,a lateral shearing interferometer system was designed.For the characteristics of the data acquisition and spectral analysis,the spectrum analysis software and its vibration error elimination algorithm were designed,and a spectral analysis software was prepared which could be used for the detection of gas concentrations by VC.Experiments on the standard concentration of methane gas,and compared with test data of WQF530 spectrometer.Experimental results show that the spectrum analysis software of lateral shearing interferometer system invert spectrum data in a static environment,and the measurement error of the gas concentration of the WQF530 spectrometer and the lateral shearing interferometer is about 0.50%,in environment of vibration interference,the system accuracy is significantly higher than WQF530 spectrometer,and spectrum analysis algorithms and software of the system is stable.
