摘要
对电站锅炉汽包的多种工况与选材的优劣比较进行了简要介绍,论述了汽包的各种失效方式及原因,从设计与材质、加工与安装、运行与维护等角度给出了预防汽包失效的措施,为延长汽包的使用寿命及整个电站锅炉机组的安全运行提供保障。
This article gives a brief introduction to the material choice of boiler drum, discusses the different reasons and forms of drum failure. At the same time, it proposes the ways to prevent the boiler drums from failure in the aspects of drum design, material selection, machining, assembly, operation and maintenance.
