摘要
电站锅炉“四管”爆漏事故是造成电厂非计划停炉的主要原因 ,因此 ,结合大量电厂实际锅炉“四管”爆漏的案例 ,编写了“四管”失效方式数据库、“四管”失效案例库、“四管”常用钢材性能数据库 ,以及“四管”剩余寿命估算模型。开发出“四管”爆漏诊断专家系统 ,此系统可有效的快速发现爆漏的原因 ,提供解决措施 。
The blast and leakage of superheater,reheater,wall and economizer tubes (they are called as boiler tubes in following) are the main cause of boiler unplanned outage.So a expert system is developed with the databases of the boiler tube ageing,of the cases of boiler tubes blast and leakage and of the typical steel properties and a model to predict the residual life of boiler tubes.This system can effectively and quickly find out the real cause of boiler tubes blast and leakage with specific measures given.
