摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法分离测定了银盾革蜱提取物中的活性物质α-蜕皮激素和β-蜕皮激素的含量,最小检测量约为10ng,给出了样品预处理和样品分析的最佳操作条件.方法简便、可靠.
Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography is employed for the separation and determination of the active constituent,α- ecdysone and β-ecdysone,in the extractive of Dermacentor niveus Neumann. The optimum operating conditions of the pretreatment and quantitative de- termination of samples are given.This is a simple and aecurate method.
