二甲双胍对乳腺癌的防治研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 研究显示二甲双胍可降低糖尿病患者乳腺癌的发生率及提高其生存率,具体机制包括胰岛素依赖型效应、胰岛素非依赖型效应、激活免疫及杀灭肿瘤干细胞等,大规模临床试验正在开展中,以进一步确定二甲双胍在乳腺癌预防及治疗中的作用。然而,距离将其真正应用到临床还有很多疑问亟须解决。
