摘要
蟾酥的氯仿提取液,采用高效液相色谱和快速柱层析法分离,得3种药用有效成分:脂蟾毒甙元(resibufogenin)、华蟾酥精(cinobufagin)和蟾酥灵(bufalin)。该法分离速度快、效果好,产品纯度高(约达99.5％以上).产品经红外光谱、紫外光谱、比旋光度、熔点和质谱等分析确定了结构。
The chloroform extracts from Chinese drug chansu from Bufobufo gargarizans are separated by HPLC and flash column chromatography. Three pharmaceutical active principles resibufogenin, cinobufagin and bufalin are isolated and identified. These products are of high purity(more than 99.5％). The solvent system is low poison and may used again and again. Thus, this designed method is effective and simple. The identification of these products is carried out by IR and UV spectrum, optical rotation, mp and MS.
