摘要
本文概述了上海市郊典型小城镇——浦东新区万祥镇水环境质量现状,通过对污染成因和近远期水体污染源的分析,评估预测了万祥镇近远期水环境质量,并提出了水环境污染控制方案和措施。最后从小城镇水环境保护的要求,提出了应根据建设社会主义新农村的要求和上海郊区小城镇的实际情况,提出上海郊区小城镇水环境管理的总体思路,对小城镇水环境保护具有重要意义。
The status quo of water quality in a typical town, Wanxiang Town of Pudong, Shanghai was overviewed in this paper. Based on the analysis of pollution causes and present-future pollution sources, the corresponding water quality in Wanxiang Town was predicted, and the programs and measures of pollution control were proposed. Finally, to meet the requirement of water environment protection in small towns, it suggested that an overall idea of water environment management for small towns in Shanghai suburb should be proposed in accordance with the requirement of building new socialist countryside and the practical situation of small towns in Shanghai suburb, which was important for the water protection in small towns.
