摘要
运用系统科学原理,在构造反映经济发展状况的状态变量和反映环境质量变动情况的状态变量的基础上,给出了表征一定时段内区域环境,经济综合效益的表达式,作为区域环境-经济协调发展程度的客观测度。在对广东省淡澳地区的实例研究中,从大亚湾海水环境保护的角度出发,运用协调耦合度,得出该地区从1994~2010年的合理工业发展速度是年均递增14%。
According to the principles of system sciences, an expression of synthetic benefits of regional environment and economy during a period is put forward on the basis of constructing the state variables reflecting the conditions of economic development and environmental quality change, which is regarded as an objective measurement on the harmonious degree between environment and economy in a region. During the period of case study in Danao area of Guangdong Province, from the view of protecting marine environment of Daya Bay,the expression of harmonious and coupling degree is applied, obtaining a result that during the period from 1994 to 2010, the rational rate of industrial development in this region is to increase at an average rate of 14% per year.
