摘要
为了规范全国高标准农田水利工程的建设程序和评价依据,推动全国高标准农田水利工程建设工作,提高高标准农田水利工程的建设质量,在调研了解各地区农田水利工程现状和对高标准农田水利工程的期望基础上,提出了高标准农田水利工程的概念与内涵;结合地方和其他行业在高标准农田水利工程建设中试行的一些标准,针对不同气候和地形条件,初步归纳提出相应的高标准农田水利工程建设标准和投资标准。
In order to regulate the construction program and evaluation basis of national high-standard famfland water con- servancy engineering, promote the construction work and improve the construction quality of the engineering, the concept and connotation of the high-standard farmland water conservancy engineering are presented here by understanding the sta- tus of the engineering and expectation for the engineering, and aiming at different climatic and topographic conditions, the construction standard and investment standard of the high-standm＇d farmland water conservancy engineering are pro- posed by investigating and analyzing the local standard and the investment standard in other trades for the engineering.
