摘要 永磁无刷直流电机(PM_BDCM)电感参数的大小,不仅直接影响系统的平均转矩等稳态性能,还与电机换相,转矩波动等动态性能密切相关。在研究永磁无刷直流电机主要参数与其运行控制性能的关系基础上,从优化PM_BDCM系统整体运行与控制视角,推导出了电感值的范围从而既能避免换相失败又能减小转矩脉动,并提出了实现永磁无刷直流电机定子电感设计的方法。实验结果证明,利用所提出的方法,对电机电感进行优化设计可以有效地避免电机的换相失败且对转矩脉动有很好的抑制作用。 The inductance of permanent magnet brushless DC motor (PM_BDCM) not only affects steady state performance of the system, like average torque, but also the dynamic performance, such as commutation and torque ripple.On the basis of the connection of PM_BDCM parameters with operation control performance, from the aspect of optimizing the whole system operation and control performance, the optimal range of PM_BDCM inductance was deduced both to suppress torque ripple and to avoid the commutation failure. In addition, the method of optimizing winding inductance was proposed. The experiment results show that the optimal design of the winding inductance by the proposed method can avoid commutation failure and inhibit torque ripple effectively.
