无刷直流电机换相转矩脉动的电流预测控制 被引量:11

摘要 分析了永磁无刷直流电机换相原理,提出了一种换相电流预测控制方法以抑制换相转矩脉动.在换相期间依靠检测非换相绕组上的电流,采用换相电流预测控制的方法,确保换相期间关断相的电流下降率和开通相的电流上升率相等,从而保证了换相期间非换相电流的恒定,达到了抑制换相转矩脉动的目的;同时采用时间延迟控制(time delay control,TDC)方法分析和估计参数扰动对换相转矩脉动的影响,认为参数扰动对换相转矩脉动的影响可以忽略不计.仿真和试验验证了该方法能够有效地减小电流脉动,抑制了换相转矩脉动. A commutation current prediction control scheme was proposed in brushless DC motor (BLDCM) to suppress the commutation torque ripples. In the proposed method, the rising speed of current in the upcoming phase and decreasing speed of current in the outgoing phase are equal in the commutation interval to keep the non-commutation phase current constant, which is based on the non-commutation phase current sensing. The effects on the commutation torque ripples resulting from unknown disturbances and parameter variations were analyzed and estimated using time delay control (TDC) method. The kind of effects can be ignored in the commutation interval. The simulated and experimental results verified the validity of the proposed method which can suppress the commutation torque ripple effectly.
