摘要
结合对旋式轴流风机的结构特点 ,在流动为不可压、等环量流型及进出口流速为轴向的假设下 ,通过基元平面叶栅理论 ,建立了对旋式轴流风机的优化模型 ,用混合罚函数法求解了优化结果 ,实例表明优化结果能为选择设计合理的对旋式轴流风机轮毂参数提供依据。
According to sturctural feature of counter-rotating fan, the internal flow field of the fan is hypothesized to be incompressible, invariable ring flow pattern and axial inlet and exit velocity. The optimization model of counter-rotating fan is built based on plane cascade theory. The optimization results are obtained using the method of mixing penalty function. The results of numerical example indicate that optimization results can provide basis for choosing reasonable hub parameter of counter-rotating fan.
