摘要
给出了对旋轴流风机的一些参数,如速度比、两转子之间的轴向间隙等对其性能影响的实验研究结果.实验证明,当第2级与第1级转子的转速比为15,轴向间隙距离为030~025倍第1级转子叶片弦长时,第1级转子的失速特性得到改善,风机的失速余度得到改进,风机的失速流量及压力增加.使用对旋风机级的型式可得到更经济更有效的轴流风机.
The results of an experimental investigation some factors are given such as speed ratio, axial spacing between the rotors and so on influence on performance of a contra rotating axial flow fan stage. Results show that in a contra rotating fan stage with close axial space(0 30~0 25 chord of first rotor blade), rotating stall on first rotor is improved when the first and second rotors rotating speed ratio is 1 5. Under such conditions, a considerable increase in stall margin improvement and stall flow margin, as well as pressure rise and flow rate capacity were increased. The contra rotating fans are more efficient and economical than fans with guide vanes.
