摘要
根据成都南光实业股份有限公司 CIMS(NG-CIMS)应用工程的实践 ,应用并行设计思想和 DFX方法 ,制定了真空泵产品 CAD/ CAM一体化的总体方案 ,重点讨论了真空泵产品模拟装配设计的功能结构和实现过程的理论与方法 ,并应用于罗茨泵 ZJ-3 0的产品开发 。
Based on NG-CIMS, the concept of concurrent design and the method of DFX are used to present the global plan of CAD/CAM for vacuum pumps in this paper. Both the function architectures of the simulating assembly design and the corresponding theory and method with implementing the architectures for vacuum pumps are studied. All of them are used to develop ZJ-30 Luoci pump and the results are better.
