摘要
铁塔模拟装配与检测系统是基于Pro/E二次开发,专门针对铁塔的试装配和干涉检测,以达到整个过程都在电脑中完成,减少了工作人员的劳动量,缩短了铁塔的设计与制造周期,降低了生产成本,提高了产品竞争力,而且促进了设计和生产的标准化、数据库化。
The System of Simulate Assembling and Detecting for Iron tower is based on Pro / E, specially aims at simulate assembling and detecting, to achieve that process is finished in computer. This approach can reduce the unnecessary work of worker, shorten the period of die-casting mould design and manufacturing, lower the product cost, improve the competitiveness of product, it also promote the design to the standardization and database.
