摘要
蠕变是果品的基本物性,科学表征其特性具有重要工程价值。本文以水晶红富士苹果和新疆贡梨为试验对象,基于分数阶导数理论,建立了果柱蠕变的分数导数Kelvin模型;在此基础上,进一步获得基于不同应力水平的弹性系数、Abel粘壶系数统一表征关系。结果表明,本文提出的基于分数导数的果柱蠕变模型,只需很少的参数即能表征整个加载历程中的果品力学特性,而且理论与试验结果吻合度高。研究结果为分析果品蠕变特性及模型表征提供了一种新方法。
As a basic mechanical characteristic, research of fruit creep properties is indispensable. A fractional Kelvin creep model based on fractional order derivative was established for apple and pear samples. Farther,the elastic module and Abel pot coefficient corresponding under different stress levels were estimated based on the experimental datas. The results show that the fractional Kelvin creep model could simulate the creep properties of fruit precisely for a long time with a few parameters.
