Growing 92%PZN-8%PT Relaxor Ferroelectric Crystals with A PbO Flux Method at High Temperature

摘要 本文报道了弛豫型铁电晶体92%PZN—8%PT的熔盐法生长。单晶最大尺寸超过25mm,为R3m空间群。讨论了工艺条件特别是原料、冷阱技术、温度梯度等对晶体生长的影响,测定了该晶体的部分重要的压电性能。 A PbO flux method at high temperature in growing 92%PZN- 8% PT relaxor ferroelectric crystal is reported in this paper. The crystal is larger than 25mm and belongs to R 3m space group. The growth conditions especially the charge, the cool well method and the temperature gradient of the growing system are discussed and some piezoelectric properties of the crystal are determined as well.
