摘要
通过对铌锌酸铅基铁电陶瓷(0.9-x)PZN-0.1BT-xPT,(x=0.05,0.15)在0~450°C热膨胀行为的详细测量,结合其相应温度范围内的介电温谱,发现一个弱的一级相变过程,进而探讨了复合钙钛矿结构弛豫型铁电体中局域极化的转变特征。
Thermal expansion of (0.9- x )Pb(Zn 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3 0.1BaTiO 3 x PbTiO 3[ x = 0.05, 0.15,designated as PZN BT PT(10/100 x )]ferroelectric ceramics have been carefully measured as a function of temperature between 0 °C and 450 °C. Comparing with the dielectric response, an anomaly first order phase transition can be observed for PZN BT PT(10/15) and its absence in PZN BT PT(10/5).This anomaly has been discussed briefly using local polarization model.
