摘要
目的观察养血祛风针法配合自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法按随机数字表法将83例患者分为4组,养血祛风针法加自血疗法(21例)为治疗组,针刺组(21例)、自血组(21例)、西药组(20例)均为对照组,比较其临床疗效及分析疗程对疗效的影响。结果治疗组总有效率与其他各组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),疗程长短是影响疗效的因素。结论结果表明养血祛风针刺配合自血疗法疗效优于养血祛风针刺或自血疗法、口服西药治疗。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of blood-nourishing and wind-expelling needling method plus autohemotherapy in treating chronic urticaria. Method Eighty-three patients were divided into four groups by random number table a treatment group with blood-nourishing and wind-expelling needling method plus autohemotherapy （n=21）; an acupuncture group （n=21）, an autohemotherapy group （n=21）, and a Western medication group （n=20） all as control groups. Therapeutic efficacy was evaluated and the effect of treatment course on therapeutic effect was also analyzed. Result The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the other groups （P〈0.01）, and the efficacy was influenced by treatment course. Conclusion The results show that blood-nourishing and wind-expelling needling method plus autohemotherapy has better treatment effect than blood-nourishing and wind-expelling needling, autohemotherapy, and Western medication used individually.
