摘要
目的观察针刺配合药物治疗耳鸣的临床疗效。方法将60例耳鸣患者随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予利多卡因、葛根素静脉滴注,口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊;观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用针刺治疗。10 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果观察组痊愈4例,显效13例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率为83.3%;对照组痊愈1例,显效10例,有效7例,无效12例,总有效率为60.0%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合药物治疗耳鸣较单纯使用药物治疗有明显的优势。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of acupuncture with medicine in treating tinnitus. Method Sixty tinnitus patients were randomly allocated to two groups, 30 cases each. The control group was treated by intravenous drips of lidocaine and puerarin and oral administration of sibelium capsules and the observation group, with acupuncture in addition to the treatment for the control group. One course of treatment consisted of 10 days. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after two consecutive courses of treatment. Result Of the observation group, cure occurred in 4 cases, marked effectiveness in 13 cases, effectiveness in 8 cases and ineffectiveness in 5 cases, with a total efficacy rate of 83.3%. Of the control group, cure occurred in 1 cases, marked effectiveness in l0 cases, effectiveness in 7 cases and ineffectiveness in 12 cases, with a total efficacy rate of 60.0%. There was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus medicine has an obvious advantage over medicine alone in treating tinnitus.
