摘要
中国古代书院是中国教育史上不可缺少的重要教学组织形式,书院的办学模式和书院精神在历史上发挥过重要的作用,对于当时的教育和社会产生过重要的影响,对现代教育也有借鉴意义。我国高校教学管理多采用学年制基础上的学分制,使教学过程安排过于紧密,对于学生的自修与研究能力培养不足,学生的独立思考能力和创造力发展不足,学习古代书院的自修性培养对高校教学管理有借鉴意义。
In Chinese education history,Chinese ancient academy is a kind of indispensable teaching organization.The mode of running a college and the college spirit play the very important role.Not only at that time has an important influence for the education and society,at the same time,with the modern education to also be used for reference in teaching management in universities of China based on the school year of credit.Our country college teaching management in the school year on the basis of the credit system,too close to the teaching process arrangement,for students' self-study and research ability training is insufficient,student's independent thinking and creativity insufficient development,through the study of ancient academy of self-taught training,believe that for college teaching management of great significance.
