摘要
在扫描电镜下对8个观赏石榴品种花粉亚微形态结构进行观察。结果表明:8个观赏石榴花粉的亚微形态结构赤道面观长球形,极面观三角形或三裂圆形;萌发孔为沟状,有3条孔沟;表面纹饰为疣状突起,分为粗疣状和细疣状,不同品种间存在差异。观赏石榴花粉粒形态特征在品种间存在的差异性,可以作为品种分类的依据之一。
The ultrastructural morphology of pollen grains from 8 ornamental pomegranate （Punica granatum L. ） cuhivars was observed using a Hitachi S -570 scanning electron microscope. The results indicated that the pollen grain was prolate spheroid in equatorial view and 3 - lobed rounded or triangle in polar view. The shape of aperture hole was 3 - colpate. The extine ornamentation was verrucate sculpture, including coarse and smooth verrucate sculpture. The difference of pollen morphological characteristics existed in differ- ent cultivars, which could be used as the basis for the classification of cultivars.
