摘要
本文简述了高速离心雾化原理,通过对旋转盘直径、旋转盘形状、电机转速、处理量等因素对焊锡粉粒度分布影响的分析,确定了最佳雾化参数。实验表明:在旋转盘直径为70mm,旋转盘形状为平底凸边盘,电机转速为35 000r/min,处理量为100kg/h的条件下,5~45μm的粉末雾化率可达到89.3%。
The high - speed centrifugal atomization principle was described briefly. Through analyzing the effect of the size and shape of the rotating disK, rotating speea of me motor, processing capacity and other factors on particle size distribution, the optimum atomization parameters were determined. Experimental results indicate that when the size of the rotating disk is 70mm; the shape of the rotating disk is of convex edge flat plate; the rotating speed of the motor is 35 000 r/min; the processing capacity is under the condition of 100 kg/h; the efficiency of atomization powder 5 to 45 9m can reach to 89.3G.
