微细金属粉末超声波振动雾化技术的发展现状 被引量:3

摘要 简要概括了超声雾化制备球形微细金属粉末的技术特点,阐述了超声雾化枝术的基本原理和相关的雾化机制,论述了超声雾化器及其核心部件换能器的设计原则、材料选择和电、声匹配要求,重点介绍了近年来超声雾化在粉末粒度预测和控制方面的研究成果,以及将超声雾化技术用于制备高温金属粉末在设备和雾化工艺上所采取的最新设计思想和实现途径,同时介绍了国内外新近发展起来的复合型高效超声雾化技术及最新研究热点。 In this paper,the process characteristics of ultrasonic atomization technology for the production of spherical metal powder are summarized briefly. The basic principle and atomization mechanism are outlined based on some statements in literature. Design principle, materials selection and acoustic impedance matching inquiring of power ultrasonic transducer are discussed. Several novel ultrasonic atomization eqniprnents and research topics arousing people's interests around world are also introduced comprehensively.
