摘要
目的了解广东省护士职业软技能现状及其影响因素,为护理职业软技能培训提供依据。方法采用自行设计问卷,对广东省5所医院165名护士进行调查。结果广东省护士职业软技能总分为(117.78±8.43)分,其中人际关系技能维度得分最高,为(4.36±0.44)分,而认知技能维度得分最低,为(2.71±0.40)分。不同文化程度的护士认知技能维度得分差异具有统计学意义(P<O.05)。不同年龄、婚姻状况、科室、工作年限、职称的护士职业软技能总分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论广东省护士职业软技能处于中等水平,护理管理者应从改善护士的工作量、工作待遇、职业培训、职业规划、社会地位等方面着手,进一步提高护士的职业软技能水平。
Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of nurses' soft skills in Guangdong,to provide a basis for soft skills training. Methods A total of 165 nurses in five hospitals of Guangdong were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire. Results The total score of nursing soft skills was(117.78±8.43). The dimension score of interpersonal relationships (4.36±0.44) was the highest and the dimension score of cognitive skills(2.71±0.40) was the lowest. The education level was relating factors of the cognitive skills(P〈0.05). There was no difference on the soft skills among nurses from different age groups,marriage situations,work seniority,department or professional titles(P〉0.05). Conelusion The soft skills of nurses in Guangdong are at middle level. It is suggested that nursing managers should take measures to relieve nurses' workload, improve their income,strengthen professional training and career plan,and improve the social status so as to further improve the soft skills of nurses.
