摘要
目的了解临床护士情绪智力、工作绩效及工作满意度的现状并探讨其相关性。方法采用情绪智力量表、工作绩效量素及工作满意量表对湖北省部分医院388名临床护士进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行描述、相关及回归分析。结果临床护士情绪智力得分25～103(80.91±11.54)分,工作绩效得分120～253(202.37±22.47)分,工作满意度得分92～190(128.91±16.89)分,分别占其总分的77.1%、77.2%和67.4%,临床护士情绪智力与工作绩效及工作满意度之间呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。情绪智力中对他人情绪的觉知与体验(F1)和对自我良好情绪的管理(F2)是工作绩效的影响因素;对自我情绪的觉知与表达(F5)和对自我不良情绪的控制(F3)是工作满意度的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论临床护士情绪智力和工作绩效相对较高,而工作满意度较低,情绪智力越高工作绩效越好,工作满意度越高。护理管理者应采取措施提高护士的情绪智力,从而提高其工作绩效和工作满意度。
Objective To probe the clinical nurses＇ emotional intelligence,job performance and job satisfaction status and explore their correlations.Methods Total of 338 clinical nurses in hospitals of Hubei province were investigated by scales of nurses＇ intelligence,job performance and job satisfaction,and the results were described and analyzed.Results Nurses scored 25～103（80.91±11.54）on emotional intelligence,120～253（202.37±22.47） on job performance,and 92～190（128.91±16.89）on job satisfaction,which amounted to 77.1%,77.2%and 67.4%of their total scores respectively.Clinical nurses＇ emotional intelligence Job performance and job satisfaction were significantly positively correlated（P〈0.05）.For emotional intelligence,F1 （awareness and experience of others＇ emotions） and F2（self-management of mood） were influential factors to job performance; F5（self-awareness and expression of mood） and F3（self-control of negative mood） were influential factors to job satisfaction （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Clinical nurses＇ emotional intelligence and job performance are relatively high,while the job satisfaction is lower.The better emotional intelligence will be,the higher job satisfaction and job performance.Therefore, nursing administrators should take measures to improve nurses＇ emotional intelligence to enhance their job performance and job satisfaction.
