摘要
目的:观察壮药土龙祛疣洗剂治疗面部扁平疣疗效。方法:选择患有面部扁平疣的患者60例,观察组30例采用壮药土龙祛疣洗剂熏洗患处配合搓揉手法;对照组30例用0.1%阿达帕林凝胶外涂治疗。结果:观察组的总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为66.67%,两组比较有显著性差异,χ2=6.895,P=0.032,P<0.05)。观察组无不良反应发生。结论:壮药土龙祛疣洗剂治疗面部扁平疣疗效肯定,值得我们进一步研究其作用机制,为临床提供有效安全的治疗手段。
Objective：To observe the Earth Dragon Quyou Lotion of Zhuang medicine in treatment of facial fiat wart effect. Methods：60 cases with facial flat wart were selected, 30 cases in observation group were treated with Zhuang medicine Earth Drag- on Quyou Lotion fumigating and washing the affected area with kneading manipulation;the control group with 30 cases were trea- ted with 0.1% adapalene gel. Results：In the observation group, the total efficiency rate was 93.33% and for the control group, the total efficiency rate was 66.67%, the two groups had significant difference, x^2 = 6. 895, P = 0. 032, P 〈 0.05. The observation group had no adverse reaction. Conclusion：Zhuang medicine Earth Dragon Quyou Lotion for the treatment of facial flat wart has obvious curative effect, it is worthy of further studying its mechanism of action, clinical efficacy and safety.
