摘要
目的:考察杏仁与桃仁的鉴别方法及对家兔凝血作用的影响。方法:采用石蜡切片法,比较了其显微组织结构;以苦杏仁苷为对照品,进行了薄层鉴别;采用毛细血管法比较其对家兔凝血时间的影响。结果:通过种皮的脉纹进行鉴别,既准确又易于操作;薄层鉴别能区分出其成分差异;山桃仁有较好的抗凝血作用。结论:杏仁与桃仁是两类不同的中药,为杏仁与桃仁的鉴别提供了科学依据。
Objective To study the effectiveness and identification of Semen armeniacae and Semen persicae.Methods: Paraffin sections were used to compare their microscopic tissue structures and amygdalin was used as a reference substance to conduct TLC.Capillary method was used to compare their effects on the clotting time of rabbits.Results: The veining identification was accurate and easy to operate.TLC could distinguish their composition differences.Semen persicae had a better anticoagulant effect.Conclusion: Semen armeniacae amarum and Semen persicae are two different kinds of Chinese traditional drugs.The experiment provides scientific basis for the identification of Semen armeniacae and Semen persicae.
