摘要
针对PR型地铁弹条的实际工作情况,采用ANSYS软件,对实际工作情况和载荷下的地铁弹条进行计算机建模和模拟分析。模拟分析结果表明,确定压紧位移值、改变扣压量或者确定扣压量和改变压紧位移值可以分别获得弹条内部模拟应力分布和模拟最大应力值,并且最大应力位置都出现在地铁弹条的跟端弯曲弧位置。同时,在压紧位移值和扣压量2个影响因素中,前者对弹条中的应力分布和最大应力值的影响效果更为显著。
Aimed at real work condition of PR type subway elastic band, simulation analysis of stress and strain of an underground PR rail elastic band were presented based on the commercial finite-element simulator ANSYS in this paper. Simulation analysis results showed that simulated stress distribution and simulation maximum stress were examined by varying the boundary conditions of corresponding fixed-plug in displacement or the compression displacement, in addition, the maxi mum stress position was at the end of the arc of the elastic band in both group of simulation. At the same time, according to the influencing factors of fixed-plug-in displacement and the compression displacement, it appears that the effects of the compression displacement were more distinct.
