摘要
为提高弹药引信塑料盒封口机的工作效率,对弹药引信塑料盒封口机的封口结构进行仿真优化。针对现有塑料盒封口机的工作原理,提出了优化的手段,并选择UG和ANSYS为仿真建模的工具软件,模拟封口机的封接过程。通过调节加热板温度、角度(压力)、时间等参数,改变封口机的封口结构,分析其对封接过程的影响,从而给出最优封接方案。
The sealing process was simulated and the mechanism to improve the efficiency of the plastic case sealing machine was optimized. By studying present sealing machine's operating theory, solutions of simulation and optimization with UG and ANSYS were advanced. This optimization mainly aimed at the parameters of the temperature, angle (pressure) of heating appliance and time of sealing. According to the simulation's result, an optimum structure of the mechanism can be finally worked out.
