摘要
通过实际工程案例,详细介绍了如何在设计过程中合理地调整影响泵汽蚀余量的几个因素,从而达到合理选择原油外输泵的目的。在海洋石油工程中,基本上每个项目都会应用到原油外输泵(或凝析油外输泵),然而每个项目的工作条件又不尽相同。本文简要介绍了低装置汽蚀余量条件下,原油外输泵选型时出现的问题,在工程实施中采取了一些预防措施,从而实现其成功应用。
Took a real project for instance, the paper introduced several facts about how to reasonably adjust cavitation allowance of pumps in design in details, the goal of reasonably selecting oil output pump can be gotten by doing that. In ocean oil project, almost every project will use oil output pumps, but the working environments of different projects are not same. The problems of selecting oil output pump under the condition of low equipment cavitation allowance, and some measures were taken to realize it.
