摘要
针对原油外输计量中部分标准执行和计量器具配备和使用中存在的问题,提出了部分标准适用性改进建议,从加强标准实施、制度完善和计量器具的规范管理等方面入手,提高了标准执行效果和流量计、含水接受器等计量器具的准确性、可靠性。
According to some problems existing in the execution of partial standards and the allocation and application of measuring equipment during the measurement of oil crude transportation,some suggestions are put forward so as to improve the adaptability of partial standards.The research started with the following aspects like strengthening the execution of standards,perfecting the system and regulating the management of measuring equipment.This has improved the effect of standard execution,increased the accuracy and reliability of measuring equipment like flowmeters,water-bearing receivers and etc.
