摘要
目的观察盐酸托烷司琼联合苯海拉明、地塞米松预防肿瘤化疗所致恶心呕吐的效果。方法选取本院肿瘤化疗患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组(n=50),观察组采用盐酸托烷司琼联合苯海拉明、地塞米松治疗,对照组单用盐酸托烷司琼治疗,比较两组防治化疗后恶心呕吐的有效率。结果观察组方案对预防恶心呕吐的有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸托烷司琼联合苯海拉明、地塞米松对预防肿瘤化疗所致的恶心呕吐具有较高的有效率,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the effects of tropiseron hydrochloride in combination with diphenhydramine and dexamethasone in preventing nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy. Methods 100 cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were enrolled in this study and were randomly divided into observation group and control group （ n = 50 }. The observation group was treated with tropiseron hydrochloride in combination with diphenhydramine and dexamethasone; the control group were treated with tropiseron hydrochloride in monotherapy. The different effects against nausea and vomiting between these two groups were evaluated. Results The effective rates in preventing nausea and vomiting of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of tropiseron hydro- chloride in combination with diphenhydramine and dexamethasone had great effect in prevention of nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy.
