摘要
目的:探讨茶多酚对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法:①采用链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病大鼠模型,给药24周后计算大鼠肾指数,检测血丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、血肌酐、血尿素氮含量,每4周检测茶多酚对糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖的影响。②制作肾脏组织切片,观察肾脏病理变化,分析肾小球相对平均体积(CVG)及肾小管-间质损伤指数(TII)。结果:①茶多酚可明显降低糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖,丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、血肌酐、血尿素氮的含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。②茶多酚可改善糖尿病大鼠肾脏病理损伤,降低CV(GP<0.01)、减轻TI(IP<0.01)。结论:茶多酚对糖尿病大鼠肾脏具有保护作用。
Objective: To assess the protection of tea polyphenols (TP) on the kidney of diabetic rats. Methods: (1)Rats were induced by strepto- zotocin (STZ) as diabetic ones.After administering 24weeks,we calculated the kidney index (KI), detected malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px), serum creatinine(Scr) ,and blood urea nitrogen(BUN).Every 4weeks we detected the fasting blood glucose (FBG) to investigate the effect of tea polyphenols on the diabetic rats. (2)Mter making nephridial tissue microtome section, the Correspondence Glomerular volume (CVG) and indices for tubulointerstitial injury (TII) via were analyzed using computer image analysis soft- ware. Meanwhile the microscope was used to observe the changes of nephridial tissue. Results: (1)Tea polyphenols can decrease the content of MDA, SOD, GSH-Px ,Scr,BUN,FBG (P〈0.05,P〈0.01);(2) Tea polyphenols can improve the nephridial tissue impairment of the diabetic rats, decrease CVG (P〈0.01) and lessen TII (P〈0.001) significantly. Conclusion: Tea polyphenols has the Protection on the Kidney of Diabetic Rats.
