参麦对早期宫颈癌术后放疗患者免疫功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨手术联合放疗对早期宫颈癌患者的临床疗效,评价参麦注射液对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选择我院收治的68例早期宫颈癌患者,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均给予放疗联合广泛性子宫切除+盆腔淋巴结清扫术,观察组另外给予参麦注射液治疗,比较并分析两组患者的疗效及治疗前后的免疫功能。结果观察组治疗有效率为79.4%,对照组为70.6%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组治疗后的CD3+、CD8+及NK细胞水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),也低于观察组治疗后的免疫功能指标(P<0.05)。结论手术联合放疗治疗早期宫颈癌疗效显著,参麦注射液对细胞免疫功能有一定的恢复作用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgery combined with radiotherapy for treating cervical cancer, and to evaluate the influence of shenmai injection on the immune function of the patients. Methods Six- ty-eight patients with early cervical cancer was selected and divided into the observation group and control group. All the patients were given chemotherapy combined with hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection. Patients in the observation group were additionally treated by shenmai injection. The clinical effect and immune function were com- pared between the two groups. Results The effective rate was 79.4% in the observation group and 70.6% in the con- trol group, with no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P〉0.05). The levels of CD3~, CDs+ and NK cells after treatment in the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P〈0.05), which were also significantly lower than the levels in the observation group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Surgery combined radiotherapy has significant clinical effect in the treatment of cervical cancer. Shenmai injection has certain recovery effect on celltilar immune function.
