辅助生殖技术单卵多胎妊娠的影响因素研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 自然妊娠中的单卵多胎是相当少见的,其发生率随着妊娠胚胎数的增多而明显降低。单卵双胎的发生率约为0.4%,单卵三胎为0.004%,单卵四胎以上则极为罕见。随着辅助生殖技术的发展,单卵多胎妊娠的发生率较自然情况下有明显增加,达到0.44%-12.50%。多胎妊娠对母体、胚胎多个方面存在不利影响,而妊娠胚胎数越多,造成的危害则越大。单卵多胎因其特殊的解剖结构,对母婴可能造成更多的危害。本文总结分析既往文献,并对辅助生殖技术中单卵多胎妊娠的发生机制和影响因素等方面进行讨论。一。
