恩替卡韦对慢性乙型肝炎患者CD4＋CD25＋Treg细胞的影响 被引量：5

摘要 目的研究恩替卡韦抗病毒治疗对慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血CIM＋CD25＋Treg细胞的影响。方法采集经恩替卡韦治疗4、12、24周的50例慢性乙肝患者的外周血单个核细胞（PBMC），采用流式细胞技术，检测CD4＋CD25＋Treg细胞的比率，并分析其与乙型肝炎病毒DNA和血清丙氨酸转氨酶的相关性。结果恩替卡韦治疗4、12、24周后CD4＋CD25＋Treg细胞的比例显著下降，与治疗前相比，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。CD4＋CD25＋Treg细胞数量占PBMCs的比率与ALT的变化呈正相关（r=2．82，P〈0．05）。结论恩替卡韦抗病毒治疗能降低CD4＋CD25＋Treg／PBMCs的细胞比率：改善慢性乙型肝炎患者的免疫调节功能。
