摘要
通过建立试验室小试试验装置,对人工湿地基质的挂膜情况进行了试验。研究选用细菌纯度较高的复合微生物菌种作为接种细菌,选择人工湿地常用的2种基质:轻质陶粒与砾石进行挂膜试验。通过检测并观察试验装置入水出水的水质情况,通过小试试验装置对COD的去除效率来考察不同基质在不同条件下的微生物的挂膜情况。结果表明,砾石与轻质陶粒在较高纯度细菌接种的条件下,装置运行7 d均可达到稳定的80%以上的COD去除效率。该试验表明,合理配置的微生物菌种及充足的接种营养液可以缩短人工湿地的挂膜时间。研究以期为实际工程设计提供参考依据。
The biofilm formation on CW's substrates by utilizing a bench scale apparatus. High purified microbial strains were selected as seeding bacleria fi)r the biofilm formation on two commonly used substrates for constructed wetlands: ceramsile and cravel. The biofilm formation under various conditions was examined by monitoring the water quality of influent and effluent of the apparatus. COD removal efficiency was employed as an indicator for the biofilm formation. It was indicated that bnlh substrates could obtain stable COD removal efficiency of 80% after 7 days, operation. It was concluded that the appropriate combination of bacteria and sufficient carbon source could shorten the time of biofilm formation. Some guidances in engineering design were also prorided.
