摘要
近年来,随着我省高等学校改革的不断深入,基本建设投资规模迅速扩大,高校基建财务管理工作的重要性越来越突出,加强基建财务管理势在必行。本文从资金监管、拨付、资产管理等方面提出建议,以合理规避基建财务管理的风险,确保基建财务管理高效运行。
In recent years, as the reform of universities in our province continues and deepens, the investment scale in basic construction has rapidly expanded. So financial management in this respect grows more and more important,and it is imperative to strengthen financial management of basic construction. This article will put forward some management proposals in these ways：capital supervision, capital appropriating, asset management and so on. Theycan avoid the financial risk about basic construction reasonably, and make sure that infrastructure construction can operate efficiently.
