摘要
建立中职与高职的有效衔接,是完善职业教育体系和提高职业教育质量的重要途径。借鉴部分中职和高职教育衔接的改革探索,从招生考试制度、人才培养目标、课程体系、职业鉴定考核和师资队伍建设等方面,探索中高职教育有效衔接的对策,以推进中高职教育协调发展和终身教育体系的构建。
To achieve effective linkage between secondary and higher vocational education is the key to optimizing vocational education system and enhancing vocational education quality. Drawing lessons from some reform exploration of the link between secondary and higher vocational education, the measures of effective linkage are explored on enrollment system, talent-cultivating target, curriculum system, check-up of professional evaluation and construction of teaching staff. The purpose is to promote coordinated growth of secondary and higher vocational education and construction of life-long education system.
