摘要
技能硬实力是文化软实力的基础和前提,文化软实力是技能硬实力的提升和发展。技能硬实力和文化软实力共同构成了高职教育的综合实力。高职教育应充分认识技能硬实力与文化软实力的同等重要性,在制度建设、师资素质、教学改革、校园文化和硬件建设中促进技能硬实力与文化软实力的相互支撑、相互作用和相互渗透,实现两者的协调发展和科学发展,促进我国高职教育的全面、协调和可持续发展。
The skillful hard power is the foundation and premise for the cultural soft power, the cultural soft power is upgrading and development for the skillful hard power, the skillful hard power and the cultural soft power together constitute the comprehensive power of the higher vocational education.the higher vocational education should be fully recognized the equal importance to the skillful hard power and the cultural soft power, to promote the skillful hard power and the cultural soft power mutual supporting, mutual interaction and mutual penetration in the system construction, the teacher quality, the teaching reform,the campus culture and the hardware construction, and achieving the coordinated development and the scientifical development between the skillful hard power and the cultural soft power, promoting the higher vocational education in china to the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development.
