摘要 随着现代电子装备的功能与性能越来越先进,技术与结构越来越复杂,装备故障诊断的地位也日益突显。文章在介绍故障诊断理论的基础上,结合复杂电子装备实际情况,指出了传统故障诊断技术的局限性,探讨了几种主要的基于人工智能的故障诊断技术及其优缺点,并分析了智能故障诊断技术的发展趋势。 As for the modem electronic equipment, its function and performance are becoming more and more sophisticated. Moreover, its technology and structure are becoming more and more complex. Therefore, the equipment fault diagnosis is highly valued gradually. Based on the theory of fault diagnosis technology and the actual situation of complex electronic equipment, the limitations of the traditional fault diagnosis technology are pointed out firstly. Then several major fault diagnosis technologies based on artificial intelligence and their ad- vantages and disadvantages are explored. Lastly, the development trends of the latter are analyzed.
