摘要
长春师范学院初等教育学院在多年的实际教学管理工作经验的基础上,在教育部下发的《小学教师专业标准(试行)》的理论指导下,对高师初等教育专业的教学管理工作提出了一系列的新想法,并在实施过程中初步取得了成效。现将工作总结梳理,指出了实施过程中出现的问题,并提出了相应解决办法。
Based on the experiences of teaching management work for many years, and under the theoretical guidance of the ＂Primary School Teachers＇ Professional Standards （For Trial Implementation）＂ which is issued by the Ministry of Education, the Elementary Education College of Changehun Normal University provides a series of new ideas on elementary education major in higher normal university, and achieved certain results in the implementation process. This paper summarizes the teaching management work, points out the existing questions in the implementation process, and puts forward some corresponding solutions
