摘要
关于专业发展学校的研究不能只停留于介绍层面,“一厢情愿”地谈论“启示”也不能使域外经验转化为真实的实践力量。从内在契合性上讲,专业发展学校与我国当前的教师教育体制存在着诸多冲突。消解冲突的关键是重构学校文化,建立开放多元的教师教育模式。
The research about PDS should not be confined to the level of introduction because merely talking about enlightenment can not turn the external experiences to the real practical power. The PDS has many conflicts with the contemporary teacher education system in China. The key measures to dispel these conflicts are to reconstruct school culture and set up opening and multiple teacher education models.
