摘要
专业实习是高校实现教学计划的重要组成部分,也是高校学生实现角色转化的良好机遇。特别是对旅游管理这个实践性和操作性很强的专业而言,其重要性更是不言而喻。本文从心理学的角度分析和归纳出旅游管理专业实习学生在酒店实习过程中出现的心理问题,提出相应解决方法和思路,旨在为旅游管理专业学生的实习工作提供有益的心理帮助,促使学生实习达到最佳效果。
Internship is not only an important part of achieving many schools＇ teaching plan, but also a good chance for students to transfer their roles. It is especially important for tourism management students whose major attaches great importance to practice and operation. The author analyzed and concluded the psychological problems of students majoring in tourism management during their hotel internship and proposed relative ways of solving them. Aiming at offering psychological help, this paper will help to optimize the effects of internship for students of tourism management.
