摘要
校级健美操比赛对健美操选项课教学、健美操选项课学生以及对健美操比赛组织者、参加高级别健美操比赛的训练队都有很重要的影响。同时校级健美操比赛也存在诸多问题。为了更好地进行健美操选项课教学和举办健美操比赛,更好地开展健美操运动,本文有针对性地提出了一些建议。
School-level aerobics matches have important influences on aerobics elective course teaching. In addition, is also influences teachers and students who participate in the course and training teams which participate in high-grade aerobics matches. However, the school-level aerobics matches still have many problems. In order to better develop aerobics elective course teaching and aerobics matches, this paper proposes some corresponding suggestions.
