摘要
探讨高校图书馆区域合作与资源共享的协调组织机构的设置,提出利益平衡机制是高校图书馆区域合作与资源共享管理的重要机制,分析合作中的利益协调,给出利益补偿的考核指标。从地缘特点、馆藏特色、文献价格、读者需求、学科建设、共享经费的使用(用Shapley值法建立模型)等方面探讨了共享平台资源的建设。
Setup of the coordination organization o~ the cooperation and resource sharing among university libraries within a region is explored and it is discovered that the benefit balancing mechanism is very important for the regional cooperation and resource sharing management among the university libraries. The Interests coordination In the process of cooperation is analyzed, and the assessment indices of benefit compensation are given. According/y, the construction of resource sharing platform is dealt with in terms of the lo- cal features, eharacterisfics of collection, price of literatures, reader demand, discipline construction, and use of sharing funds （Shapley value method is used to establish model）.
