摘要
认为始于20世纪90年代初,以"发展农业、照顾农民、建设农村"为宗旨的台湾富丽农村建设取得了显著成效,并在建设规划、资金扶持和策略推动等方面积累了许多成功经验。深入分析台湾富丽农村建设的成功经验及做法,阐述了新时期福建新农村建设内涵,并就如何提升福建新农村建设内涵提出了相应的对策建议,旨在促进福建新农村建设又好又快地发展。
From the beginning of the 1990s, Taiwan ＂Splendid Rural Construction＂ with the purpose to develop agriculture, to take care of farmers, and to build a countryside has made remarkable achievements, and many successful experiences have been accumu- lated in construction planning, funding support and＂ policy promotion. In this paper, the successful experiences and practices of ＂Splendid Rural Construction＂ in Taiwan are analyzed in-depth, and the intension of the new countryside construction in Fujian in the new era is elaborated, accordingly the countermeasures for its enhancement and further development are proposed.
